Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drafting & reviewing Agreement
- Managing and maintaining License
- Managing Intellectual Property
- Handling Corporate secretarial matters
- Proving Legal Opinion / Advise to stakeholders
- Managing Legal documentation
- Have a sound understanding of International and Commercial Law
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree of Law with GPA min. 3.25
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Legal Staff / Officer
- Good communication in English, both verbal and written, is a must
- Good skill in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, good communication skill and excellent problem-solving
- Placement in Pulomas, Jakarta
