About the Job
Perfetti Van Melle is a privately-owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide. The business is now looking for a strong Legal Officer. The work location is in our Cibinong Office. In this role, you will report directly to the Legal Counsel.
Your Task
- Assist the administration for Legal Documents
- Ensure all legal documentation of the company is well-organized and properly stored.
- Assist to draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research on applicable regulations, both local and international, relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all legal policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Assist in drafting contracts with suppliers, customers, and third parties.
Your Profile
- Fresh graduates of Law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
- Attention to detail and resilient.
