Legal Officer

The Legal Officer will assist the GCM team and all relevant stakeholders on a daily basis to review agreement, provide his/her legal opinion towards the matter, and draft a simple transaction document under the guidance of his/her legal manager. She/he will be the key point for all Vendors that wish to engage with GOTO to sign an NDA, thus all confidentiality that will be shared during the initial discussion between the parties are assured to be confidential at all time during the term in the NDA.
