General Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.); Master's Degree (LL.M.) is an advantage.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in legal roles, with prior experience in reputable law firms is mandatory.
Strong exposure to litigation handling (civil, commercial, and/or criminal cases).
Proven experience in managing legal disputes and working with external counsel.
Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including corporate, commercial, and labor law.
Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team is preferred.
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Willing to be based in Medan.
