Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.Support the legal team in conducting legal research related to company matters.Maintain and archive legal documents to ensure proper documentation.Assist in monitoring contract validity and renewal schedules.Prepare legal administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.Coordinate with internal departments regarding legal documentation and compliance requirements.Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the Legal Department.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.Strong understanding of basic Indonesian laws and legal principles.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.Good analytical, research, and communication skills.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.Available to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months
