Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end corporate actions, including IPO, rights issues, private placements, bonds/sukuk issuance, M&A, restructuring, and other strategic transactions
Provide strategic legal advice to management on business operations and company development
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (contracts, partnerships, vendors, etc.)
Manage legal aspects related to land acquisition, licensing, certification, and land disputes
Identify and mitigate legal risks, handle disputes/litigation when necessary, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Act as the company's legal representative in dealings with external parties and authorities
Collaborate and liaise with relevant stakeholders, including notaries, legal consultants, and government institutions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's Degree is a plus)
Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, with strong exposure to corporate, commercial, and land matters
Proven experience in the property/developer industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of land acquisition processes, licensing, and land regulations in Indonesia
Excellent legal analytical skills with strong business acumen
Experienced in contract negotiation and dispute resolution
