Responsibilities :
1. Contract Review & Drafting
Assist the Legal Manager in reviewing and drafting contracts used across the business (talent, creators, brands, vendors, etc.).
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to support day-to-day needs.
2. Help maintain organized legal files, contract folders, trackers, and documentation.
3. Support basic compliance activities and help ensure internal processes follow company policies.
Handle general administrative tasks related to legal matters (scheduling, document preparation, filing).
Coordinate with internal teams (Talent, Sales, Finance, Production) to ensure documents are completed and processed smoothly.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Law (minimum 1 year of relevant working experience).
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrates excellent proficiency and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
