Job Description

  • Legal Strategy & Compliance: Develop and implement legal strategies that protect company interests and ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure favorable terms and minimize risks.
  • Corporate Governance: Maintain corporate documents, licenses, and legal records across entities; ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations.
  • Risk Management & Advisory: Identify potential legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions to management and stakeholders.
  • Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Manage external legal counsel, handle disputes, and oversee litigation or arbitration processes as needed.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Business Development to ensure legal compliance in all company initiatives.
  • Transformation & Standardization: Establish standardized legal templates, approval processes, and digital document management systems to modernize legal operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law from a reputable university; licensed advocate Peradi preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive legal experience, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or in-house counsel role within mid-to-large organizations.
  • Proven expertise in corporate, commercial, contract, and labor law.
  • Experience handling multi-entity or group company legal structures is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
