Here's a general job scope

Responsibilities

• Dispute and litigation. Guide management through litigation processes when required
• Draft and review legal documents & contracts. Negotiate settlement terms
• Calculate potential business risks

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelor in Law
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience
• Billingual in Bahasa and English
• Strong understanding of corporate law and legal defense strategies
• Strong relationship with government preferred
• Crisis management experience
• Critical thinking and multitasking abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
