We're looking for an experienced Legal Corporate Officer who is ready to be part of our growth journey—someone who doesn't just understand legal, but knows how to enable business through strong partnerships, strategic thinking, and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
- Provide legal support and advice for business and corporate activities
- Coordinate with regulators, notaries, and external legal counsel on corporate matters
- Manage corporate legal documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Support corporate actions, including RUPS, Annual Report, and other public company requirements
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments relevant to the company
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Legal, preferably in a public company (Tbk)
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and corporate legal documents
- Familiar with OJK, IDX, and corporate governance requirements
- Exposure to RUPS, Annual Report, disclosure obligations, or other corporate actions
- Strong legal analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
