Review, draft, and edit a wide range of agreements (e.g., lease, vendor, service, construction, NDAs) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
Assist in identifying legal risks and recommending revisions to protect company interests.
Maintain a tracking system for contracts, expiration dates, renewal terms, and compliance obligations.
Coordinate internal reviews and approvals of contracts across departments.
Liaise with external counsel on complex contract matters and ensure timely legal support.
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and version control of all legal documents.
Support due diligence processes related to real estate projects or vendor engagements.
Prepare summaries or abstracts of key contract terms for operational and finance teams.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or related major.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal coordination, contract administration, or paralegal support.
Strong knowledge of contract structure, legal terminology, and commercial agreement practices.
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and editing skills.
Excellent organizational and document management skills.
Experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
