Fresh graduate with a Bachelor of Laws or related.
Internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal) is preferred.
Ability to draft legal clauses is a strong plus.
Attention to Detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (starting January 2026)
Job Description
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
Review partnership agreements or other related contracts with principals, distributors or clients.
Perform and act as internal consultant, advise internal stakeholders regarding contracts and other related legal matters; notify on potential legal risks/compliance issues and formulate solutions.
Implement dispute resolution between Company and other parties either through litigation or non-litigation.
Collaborate with other departments on the development and implementation of company procedures, policies and programs.
Organize the company's permit and license validity/renewal.
Build and maintain efficient document management systems.
