Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external parties.
• Support corporate secretary processes.
• Handle business licenses and product registrations.
• Obtain overseas product notification permits and prepare supporting documents (LOA, Certificate of Free Sale).
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (BPOM, BKPM OSS-RBA, Data Privacy, etc.).
• Manage trademark registration, renewal, and enforcement to protect brand assets.
• Provide legal support in dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research and/or provide legal opinions.
• Maintain and archive company legal documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Law, 2+ years experience in corporate legal/compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian Regulations (BPOM, BKPM, Data Privacy, IP)
• Strong contract & document handling skills.
• Detail-oriented & proactive.
• Willing to Work From Office (5 days on Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
