Your Day-to-Day
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and service agreements
- Provide legal support for corporate governance matters, regulatory filings, and entity administration
- Support strategic business initiatives such as partnerships, fundraising, and other corporate transactions
- Manage disputes and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel
- Conduct or support internal fraud investigations, including handling police reports and liaising with law enforcement authorities
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders on legal and compliance risks
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience across corporate/commercial and dispute-related matters
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and civil procedure
- Experienced in handling litigation, fraud-related matters, and legal correspondence
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high professional integrity
