Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a growing healthcare group in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Legal Associate to be based in Cirebon, West Java.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate business licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements for existing and new hospital operations.
Support legal processes related to land acquisition and property matters for expansion projects.
Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Liaise with relevant government authorities, external parties, and internal stakeholders.
Provide legal support for corporate, commercial, and expansion-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
Experience in licensing, permits, land acquisition, and/or corporate legal matters is highly preferred.
Experience within healthcare, property/development, or other multi-site businesses would be an advantage.
Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to be based in Cirebon, West Java.
