Job Description

Responsibilities

Ensures a company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals.
Provide studies, opinions and legal solutions related to problems that arise in company activities, as well as preparation of internal company regulations including policies, standard procedures, procedural memorandums, product manuals and technical instructions.
Reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents to ensure they comply with legal requirements
Conducting research on legal issues and case law in order to provide advice and recommendations
Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including related to company licence, Data Privacy Policy and Protection.
Handle legal documents related to e-procurement needs
Help to review Business Continue Plan and review vendors/support stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in law, legal or a related field.
3+ years proven experience in a legal officer or legal associate role.
Experience in IT company, IT solution, or System Integrator company
Good knowledge of legal requirements, legal drafting, and procedures.
Have experienced to handle OSS, WLKP, and legal due dilligence
Regulatory Compliance knowledge
Proven leadership skill with handle the team, brilliant oral and written communication skills.
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
Have a good coordination with the team and other related divisions
Demonstrate strong business acumen in resolving business issues from the legal perspective
