Job Description

Scope of Work:

  • Manage Legal Team consists of 2 Legal Officers
  • Ensuring legal compliance of the company including licensing / reporting matters, creation and implementation of policies, standard operating procedures
  • Leading licensing efforts not only for company but for project licensing
  • Evaluate and assess the impact of the changing regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with changing mandates
  • Review company legal documents
  • Ensure execution of administrative tasks related to work and also make daily and weekly work reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor of Law from reputable university
  • Having at least 4-5 years of experience in Construction Industry
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of construction business flow
  • Able to identify complex legal issues

Plus Point if you:

  • Have experience in lisensing/permit of Electric Power Plants / Installations
  • Have advocate license
  • Good understanding of contracts and agreements
  • Have experience working in Law Firm

Preferred trait:

  • Assertive and having clear style of communication
  • Great interpersonal and time management skill
  • Great attention to detail
  • Having high level of supervisory and conflict resolution skills
  • Multitasker, agile, able to think responsibly
