Job Description

Job Purpose

Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and legal documents, as well as providing necessary legal advice to ensure the organizational compliance with both regulations and the law.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as part of a legal team.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Outstanding research, verbal, and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal and influencing skills for effective collaboration within the legal team and with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Having in-depth knowledge or working experience related to the Tobacco Industry and Capital Markets regulations is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta
