- Team and Operational Excellence: Lead the Brand Report & Brand Protection team agents to ensure daily operations meet performance metrics and company standards. Continuously evaluate and optimize operational workflows to increase efficiency and scalability. Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation to streamline manual processes and new workflow development
- Cross-functional Collaboration / Compliance Expertise: Serve as the main PIC for all intellectual property and regulatory matters in the Listing & Content team. Collaborate with Legal, Regional Brand Partnership to handle the escalations and issues with legal guidelines into structured, actionable internal processes. Act as an advisor for the team regarding IP related matters, and overall marketplace listing compliance
- Project/ Data Analysis/ Reporting: Identify operational gaps and root causes through data investigation, initiating and executing end-to-end projects. Perform deep-dive data investigations to uncover trends, risk patterns, and potential operational bottlenecks. Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and report findings to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration field would be a plus
- Have background or interest in laws and regulation, brands, intellectual property would be a plus
- Be attentive to detail with analytical skills, risk-aware
- Have communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders, confident in sharing ideas
- Continuous learner, highly adaptable to change, and ready to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation
