Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining compliance tracking systems, and conducting research on applicable laws
- Help review, compare and revise corporate agreements while maintaining the legal document database
- Assist with tasks related to legal research, employment law, and risk management processes
- Organize legal files, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and provide general administrative support to the legal team
Requirement
- Minimal Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable University or equivalent
- Strong legal knowledge, excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft office and legal research tools
- Prior internship or exposure to corporate legal or litigation work is a plus but not mandatory
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to handle confidential information effectively
- Committed to an internship of minimum 3 months
