Role Description

The Legal & Compliance Intern will assist in supporting KrediOne's legal and regulatory functions while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic financial technology environment. This full-time on-site position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key tasks include preparing legal documentation, supporting compliance processes, conducting research on legal and regulatory issues, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure adherence to applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate with a major in Law, Business Law, or other relevant fields
  • Basic knowledge of legal and compliance principles, preferably within financial services or fintech industries
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documents accurately and systematically
  • Good understanding of written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Highly organized, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in basic office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance team, particularly in document management and filing
  • Assist in organizing, maintaining, and updating legal and compliance documentation, both physical and digital
  • Support the preparation and compilation of administrative documents for internal use, audits, and regulatory purposes
  • Maintain document trackers, records, and databases related to legal and compliance activities
  • Assist in monitoring the completeness and accuracy of legal and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize required documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to Legal & Compliance functions as assigned
