Job Description

  • File and manage all documents related to legal & compliance (agreements, memos, SOPs, policies).
  • Record and assign document numbers for all company-related documents, ensuring consistent and organized documentation
  • Manage administrative tasks related to reimbursement and invoicing for activities within the Legal & Compliance Department
  • Responsible for the delivery and receipt of all legal and compliance documents
  • Oversee the company's Document Centre, ensuring proper management of files and records
  • Prepare and submit routine and incidental reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (S1) in any field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Have relevant experience will be prefered
  • Proficient in using Ms Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong teamwork skill
