Responsibilities:
- Assist in business and legal-administrative documentation processes, including contract tracking, version control, filing, archiving, and document lifecycle management.
- Support collection-related documentation from a business and administrative perspective.
- Perform, organize, maintain, and analyze administrative data using Microsoft Excel and Feishu Base to support reporting, operational tracking, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Finance, and other departments) regarding documentation requests, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Utilize spreadsheet and database tools, including Microsoft Excel, Feishu Sheets, and Feishu Base, to create and maintain structured trackers, reports, formulas, pivot tables, and data repositories.
- Support basic automation and workflow processes within the Feishu ecosystem, including setting up reminders, notifications, approval flows, and deadline tracking.
- Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor documentation status, collection progress, and operational metrics.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of business and legal-administrative documents, including agreements, addenda, NDAs, and document lifecycle management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables), Microsoft Word, and professional business communication.
- Familiarity with Feishu Base, Feishu Sheets, and other productivity or database management tools is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage, organize, and maintain confidential documents and data accurately.
- Familiarity with basic workflow automation and notification systems, including reminders, status updates, approval processes, and deadline tracking within productivity platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to organize, maintain, and interpret structured business and administrative data.
- Able to communicate professionally in Bahasa Indonesia (native proficiency) and English (working proficiency).
- Willing to work from the office (Monday to Friday) in SCBD, South Jakarta
