Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical and digital compliance documents, ensuring proper organization, version control, and accessibility
- Handle document filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare, print, scan, and copy documents required for compliance and regulatory purposes
- Prepare and coordinate documents for signing, including follow-up with relevant internal stakeholders
- Distribute and track signed documents, ensuring proper circulation and secure storage
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Compliance team
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including document formatting and editing and translation needs for compliance operations
- Assist in preparing compliance-related reports, letters, and official correspondence
- Support day-to-day compliance operations by following up on document-related requests and pending items
- Monitor and track document status (e.g., in preparation, pending signature, submitted, archived)
- Coordinate with other departments to collect required information and ensure timely completion of documentation
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Legal background
- Good logical thinking and attention to detail
- Able to communicate in English, both written and basic verbal
- Comfortable working with documents, filing systems, and administrative tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-organized, disciplined, and able to handle routine and repetitive tasks accurately
- Able to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests independently
