Produce high-level research and publications to improve the Digital Business Department's competitive advantage.
Develop and maintain research capabilities of related peers.
Assist the Digital Business Department in leveraging a research and development atmosphere.
Lead activities for revenue generation within the Digital Business Department (e.g., research and professional services).
Manage overall activities for comprehensive content delivery in alignment with market standards to increase graduates employability.
Increase the success of global learning system implementation.
Expand the curriculum and course development to improve the Digital Business Department's competitive advantage.
Ensure that program delivery aligns with BINUS University academic quality standards, DIKTI standards, and continuous improvement to reach world-class standards.
Coordinate with other units to promote the program and build awareness of its competitiveness, especially among prospective students, graduates, alumni, and employers in related industries.
Build strong and effective internal/external cooperation to support the overall objectives of the Digital Business Department.
Requirements
A doctoral degree (S3) in Business or Management, preferably with a bachelor's and/or master's degree (S1/S2) in Information Systems or Computer Science.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of digital platforms, emerging technologies, data analytics, and digital business ecosystems.
Demonstrates strong research capabilities, with a proven track record of academic publications (national and/or international) preferred.
