Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities:

• Approach prospective customers in the assigned market area.
• Analyze customer business and prepare lease finance proposals and credit applications.
• Conduct site surveys of lessee projects.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Manage and monitor running deal accounts.
• Increase business portfolio within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Communication, or related field).
• Experience in heavy equipment financing is a strong advantage (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel to remote project areas.
