Role Description

This is a full-time Leasing Executive role based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, conducting market research, and ensuring all properties are marketed effectively. Additionally, the role will entail preparing leasing agreements, negotiating lease terms, and assisting in space planning to meet clients requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market analysis, research, and understanding market trends
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Experience in contract drafting, lease management, and understanding legal terms
• Proactive problem-solving skills and client-focused approach
• Previous experience in property management or leasing is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
