About the Role
Responsible for searching, selecting, and managing tenant leases in accordance with applicable policies and procedures so as to support the achievement of company targets..
Responsibility :
- Conduct tenant search activities, starting with pitching and canvassing potential tenants to meet established targets.
- Draft and manage clear and detailed lease contracts for each tenant, ensuring all requirements and obligations are met.
- Collect and manage tenant master data to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as tenant and customer relations, marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure all aspects of the lease process run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor tenant sales performance regularly to provide a basis for evaluating lease agreements with the mall.
- Prepare periodic rental activity reports, including financial reports, occupancy rates, and tenant performance, to serve as evaluation materials for superiors and for continuous performance improvement.
Requirement :
- S1, All major.
- Minimum 1-2 year as Leasing Executive.
- Skill & Knowledge : Negotiation & Persuasion, Business Orientation, Marketing Strategy, Leasing Management.
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta.
