Leasing & Casual Leasing Manager

Advertising available leases, negotiate rental terms, and finalize lease agreements. Work with tenants to develop retail standards and ensure tenants to fulfil their lease obligation.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in any major
• Have 2-3 years experienced in Leasing & Casual Leasing for retail commercial area or shopping mall (including as a Manager)
• Strong leadership and team management skill
• Broad connection and networking
• Good sense of negotiation
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang Area (Suvarna Sutera or Mall @ Alam Sutera)
