We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the growth and profitability of our Leaseback business.

If you have 15+ years of experience in end-to-end marketing strategy, product development, partnerships, and portfolio performance - within multi finance/leasing industry, then this role is for you.

What You Will Lead:

• Leaseback product strategy & market positioning
• Development of financing schemes aligned with regulation & profitability
• Strategic partnerships (dealer, showroom, marketplace, agencies)
• CRM strategy to drive retention & cross-selling
• Integrated marketing campaigns (digital, branding, PR, events)
• Budget optimization & ROI-driven marketing investment
• KPI monitoring: sales volume, NPF, ROI, portfolio quality
• Team leadership across Department & Section Heads

We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in multi-finance / leasing / consumer finance
• Proven experience in product management & marketing strategy
• Deep understanding of portfolio risk & profitability
• Experience managing partnerships & distribution networks
• Data-driven, commercially sharp, and growth-oriented
• Executive presence with ability to present to Board level

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to Directors and strategic decision-making.
