Learning Service Lead (Sales Lead)
We are looking for a Learning Service Lead (Sales Lead) who will play a crucial role in leading our Sales and Customer Service teams for the Indonesia market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education sector and be responsible for optimizing sales processes and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management and Development- Lead and support the Sales and Customer Service teams to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver a great user experience.
- Run regular performance reviews, giving clear, actionable feedback so each team member knows how to improve and grow.
- Create a culture where learning, ownership, and continuous improvement are part of daily work.
2. Performance & Business Management- Translate company goals into clear team targets, action plans, and execution priorities.
- Track Key Performance Indicators and ensure the team stays on track.
- Use data and insights to identify problems, optimize performance, and continuously refine sales and service strategies.
3. Sales & Customer Experience Optimization- Review and improve sales flows and customer touchpoints to increase conversion and satisfaction.
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and work with internal teams to fix them.
- Design and implement strategies that improve how leads are handled, consulted, and converted into paying users.
Requirements:
- Experiences
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in the Education sector)
- Preferably those who can offer proven record of sales performance
- Skills
- Ability to lead a team that consists of Sales members
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Digital-savvy and able to use CRM and Google Workspace features
- Understanding how to use data to analytically convert information into strategies and result
- Eager to learn, critical thinker, and results-driven
