Job Description

Design and maintain learning content for First Mile operations.
Develop edu materials for onboarding, refresher, and process update.
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support operational rollouts.
Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to enhance operational performance.
Conduct learning needs analysis and translate operational requirements into effective training solutions.
Manage learning projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Have passion in education & manpower quality development
2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Content Development
Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Creative mindset with good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools, graphic design, video editing, or AI content creation tools is a plus.
