Job Description

At NDS (Navigate Drive Sustain), we believe that sustainable success comes from clear direction, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.

NDS is a Leadership Operating System that develops Mindset, builds Skillset, equips leaders with practical Toolsets, and embeds a Management System to build a culture of Execution Discipline.

Our mission is to empower organizations to transform strategy into measurable results by aligning people, execution, and performance within a single connected ecosystem. We help organizations build a culture of accountability and collaboration—enabling leaders and teams to focus on what matters most and create lasting impact.

Our Culture

Everything we do is guided by our core values, LEADERS.

Learning Enthusiast: We are lifelong learners who embrace curiosity, seek continuous improvement, and never stop growing.

Execution Focus: Ideas create value only when they are executed. We focus on delivering meaningful outcomes with consistency.

Accountable: We take ownership of our commitments, decisions, and results while acting with integrity and transparency.

Dedicated: We care deeply about our work, our customers, and our teammates, always striving for excellence.

Entrepreneurial: We think proactively, embrace innovation, and take initiative to solve problems and create value.

Resilient: We adapt quickly, overcome challenges, and remain committed even when facing uncertainty.

Solution Oriented: We focus on understanding problems and delivering practical, impactful solutions rather than dwelling on obstacles.

About the Role

As a Learning Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and capability builder for the business. Rather than simply delivering training, you will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to bring the NDS philosophy to life internally.

You will identify organizational gaps, design high-impact talent strategies, and ensure our workforce is equipped to execute our business objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who deeply understands business operations, values employee experience, and takes pride in consulting with leaders to build a culture of execution discipline.

What You'll Do

Act as a strategic consultant to department heads and leadership, identifying performance gaps and aligning learning initiatives directly with business goals.

Design and drive the learning strategy across the organization to actively develop the right Mindset, build critical Skillsets, and equip our teams with practical Toolsets.

Partner across the business to orchestrate seamless, engaging, and highly effective onboarding and integration programs for new talent.

Develop capability frameworks and career pathways that promote continuous employee growth, retention, and internal mobility.

Advise and coach leaders on how to effectively embed our internal Management System, fostering a culture of continuous feedback, peer-to-peer mentoring, and execution excellence.

Measure and report on business impact, utilizing learning metrics, employee engagement data, and performance outcomes to prove ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Evaluate and optimize our learning ecosystem, including platforms, knowledge bases, and external vendor partnerships, to ensure scalable delivery.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a strategic Learning Partner, HR Business Partner, or Senior Organizational Development role.

• Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to senior leadership and influence decision-making without direct authority.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning and talent strategies directly to operational goals and metrics.

• Deep expertise in adult learning theories, organizational design, and performance management strategies.

• Experience designing and scaling comprehensive learning ecosystems, leadership programs, and career progression frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive strategic pivots.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience acting as a Learning/HR Partner within an enterprise SaaS or fast-scaling tech environment.

• Familiarity with modern employee engagement, performance enablement, and talent mapping platforms.

• Advanced certifications in executive coaching, organizational development, or psychometric assessments.

• Experience establishing company-wide mentorship, succession planning, or change management programs.

Why Join NDS

• Build talent ecosystems that create a meaningful, strategic impact on our organization.

• Work with a collaborative, high-performing leadership team that values your expertise as a strategic partner.

• Influence the learning culture and organizational design of a growing SaaS platform.

• Grow your own capabilities in a culture that genuinely prioritizes continuous learning and execution discipline.

• Be part of a company where your work directly enables our people to drive customer success.

Ready to Build the Future with Us

If you are a strategic thinker passionate about partnering with leaders to build capable, reliable, and high-performing organizations, we'd love to hear from you.

Join NDS and help shape the future of organizational execution and performance.
