Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales competency assessment results, correlate findings with field execution and performance, and align with Sales and Business leaders to identify priority skill gaps for targeted learning interventions.
  • Create and develop learning design/program (learning syllabus, methods, etc) based on sales competency assessment to ensure the objective for specific skill is achieved.
  • Act as facilitator to deliver the learning materials for certain employee levels and topics, to support efficiency and achievement of learning objectives.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of learning systems integrated with SFA to enable sales productivity and capability monitoring.
  • Conduct field audits and calibration sessions to assess sales behavior, execution quality, and training effectiveness, measure pre- and post-training impact, and provide structured coaching feedback based on field observations.
  • Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational of learning program.
  • Analyze, monitor, and evaluate learning design/program to improve effectivity and efficiency of process and fix problem and obstacle by working closely and collaborate with key stakeholder.
  • Execute implementation of sales training and refreshment programs, facilitate roleplay sessions, and ensure high engagement to strengthen selling skills and behavioral standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field
  • 3 - 4 years in related field as Learning & Development; Min. 2 years in same position.
  • Good Knowledge about Learning and Development Sales.
