Job Description Summary:

Learning Specialist that ensure on the delivery of program that has been developed and review, evaluate and record training comprehensively.

Job Description:

  • Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.
  • Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.
  • Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.
  • Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.
  • Document and update training records that are comprehensive.
  • Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool
  • Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.
  • Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.
  • Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
  • Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainer.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree or MBA is a significant plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in conducting organizational, operational, and individual gap analyses to identify critical development needs.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle) and digital learning tools.
  • Strong ability to measure training effectiveness
  • Proven track record of aligning L&D initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Ability to influence and consult with senior leadership and department heads to identify talent growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously, from budget planning to execution.
  • Good at English both writing and speaking.
  • Willing to travel to all area of Refineries in Indonesia.
