We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Karawang Factory team!

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in building future-ready capabilities, driving learning initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within one of Nestlé Indonesia's largest manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs for factory employees.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify training needs and capability gaps.
- Manage annual training plans, learning calendars, and training records.
- Support competency mapping, job analysis, and development initiatives across functions.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and development interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with Nestlé learning standards.
- Act as a coach, facilitator, and learning partner to support employee growth and career development.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and factory-related learning programs.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, HR Development, or related areas.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
- Passion for people development and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or factory environment will be an advantage.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively across multiple functions.
