Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Develop and update learning modules and training materials to ensure content remains relevant
- Manage and monitor training reporting and data tracking to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting for internal and regulatory purposes
- Design visually engaging and creative learning naterials (presentation, flyers, and other assets) to enhance learner experience and content effectiveness
- Coordinate training schedules and implementation activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all learning initiatives
- Prepare and maintain compliance-related reports and documentation to support audit requirements and regulatory standard
- Material conversion to SCORM
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or reporting/analytics roles.
- Experience in developing training modules, managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and preparing training reports is required.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, reporting dashboards) is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in L&D or training (if any) would be beneficial.
