Learning Design Section Head

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end learning design process for Super Indo associates, from analyzing learning and development needs to designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning curricula and programs aligned with the Super Indo Learning Journey, covering Onboarding, Learning, Refreshment, and Development programs.

This role strengthens associate capabilities across the Corporate Support Office, Distribution Centers, Branch Offices, and Stores, enabling them to perform effectively in their current roles and grow into future ones. It ensures every program is grounded in proactive learning needs analysis, designed to be business-relevant, effectively rolled out, and systematically evaluated for learning effectiveness and impact on performance, with evaluation insights used to continuously improve the programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in any major; Psychology, Education, or Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 1 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs for supervisory to managerial levels.
• Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
• Strong command of the end-to-end learning process: learning needs analysis, instructional design, module development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to design integrated learning solutions and learning journeys that blend multiple methods (classroom, on-the-job, mentoring coaching, digital learning).
• Solid understanding of learning evaluation models
• Ability to set development standards and review the quality of learning materials.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
• Good analytical skills for interpreting learning data, dashboards, and budget reports.
• Professional certification in L&D or instructional design is an advantage.
