Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or HR Management.
Min. 1 year experience in People or Organization Development (Strong knowledge of HR systems, SOPs, and corporate policies).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong Leadership, analytical skills and highly detail-oriented.
