Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs through evaluations and collaborate with department heads to design modules that address specific skill gaps.

- Design and implement effective training programs tailored to organizational needs using various methods and technologies.

- Measure the effectiveness of training programs, make necessary improvements, and utilize feedback and performance data to enhance outcomes.

- Manage end-to-end operations of training execution, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all training activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in training and development.

- Ability to apply various adaptive training methods.

- Exposure to multiple industries is a plus.

- Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate well with others.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
