- Manage end-to-end operations of training execution, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all training activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in training and development.
- Ability to apply various adaptive training methods.
- Exposure to multiple industries is a plus.
- Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate well with others.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
