About the Role
The L&D Operations Intern (Yogyakarta) will support the execution of day-to-day learning and knowledge management activities for the Jogja site. This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and well-coordinated dissemination of information across agents, particularly in a fast-moving environment with frequent AI knowledge updates, product rollouts, and operational changes.
Job Description
- Support the execution of AI knowledge updates (e.g., knowledge uploads, formatting, and validation)
- Assist in product rollout communication, including updating materials and ensuring timely dissemination
- Maintain and update application version changes, promo updates, and survey information
- Handle administrative and governance tasks such as RBAC access, agent revoke, and approval tracking
- Coordinate and publish internal announcements related to operational and learning updates
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all knowledge bases (e.g., AI Knowledge, Jingga Knowledge)
- Monitor and help maintain update cadence and turnaround time for all L&D Ops deliverables
- Support documentation and tracking for compliance and audit purposes
- Assist the team in handling ad-hoc operational tasks during high workload or urgent updates
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Business, Communication, or related fields)
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta (Jogja site)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive, structured tasks with high accuracy
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple updates and timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with tools, systems, and structured data (e.g., spreadsheets, CMS, internal tools)
- Clear written communication skills for internal coordination and announcements
- High sense of ownership and reliability in executing operational tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment with frequent updates
- Basic understanding of customer service or operations processes is a plus
