Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the L&D team in managing data-driven learning initiatives and training administration processes. Your responsibilities include processing and analyzing Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) data, maintaining training attendance records, and developing reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Google Looker. You will assist in identifying employee learning trends, presenting insights in clear and structured formats, and supporting end-to-end training program administration, including vendor coordination and documentation management.

This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate learning strategy, people development analytics, and training operations within a dynamic organization.

Requirements

  • Final-year student (with no classes to attend) or Fresh Graduate, preferably majoring in Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Educational Technology, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, charts, dashboards) mandatory
  • Familiar with Power BI or Google Looker (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and HR analytics
  • Willing to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
  • Available to work fully from office (WFO) and able to join ASAP
