About Job
This role is for someone who gets genuinely curious when they see raw numbers and wants to turn them into a story that changes how training is designed. You won't just be pulling reports — you'll be helping us figure out where training is actually working and where it isn't.
Skills & Qualification
- Genuine interest in both data analysis and learning/people development.
- Able to turn data into insight, not just build charts — can explain the so what.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools for data work; bonus for Google Apps Script, Excel/Sheets automation, Python, or SQL.
- Comfortable with fast-paced startup pace and shifting priorities.
- Technology-driven — proactively automates or improves processes.
- Studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (Statistics, Data Science, Business, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or similar); open to other backgrounds with a strong data portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve L&D dashboards tracking key metrics such as training completion, attendance, assessment scores, onboarding funnel, participation, and post-training performance.
- Maintain accurate, clean, and consistently structured learning data across different L&D programs and sources.
- Handle L&D administrative processes (attendance tracking, scheduling, training records) and keep learning data clean and consistently structured.
- Analyze learning and performance data to surface patterns (e.g., where onboarding fails, what drives post-training performance) and turn findings into clear, actionable report and recommendations for the L&D team.
