Job Description

  • Identify employee development needs based on business and organizational requirements.
  • Analyze competency gaps (hard & soft competencies) and recommend appropriate learning and development programs.
  • Design and implement employee development initiatives, including training, knowledge management, and talent management programs.
  • Coordinate end-to-end in-house training implementation, including budget, schedule, learning materials, facilities, and instructors.
  • Deliver internal training sessions when required.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, including training administration and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree: Any Major
  • Have experience in People Development/Training will be a plus
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Placement: Head Quarter Asuransi Astra
