Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employee competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for retail and related teams.
- Design training modules for various levels in retail (induction, product knowledge, selling skills, soft skills, etc.).
- Deliver training sessions both offline and online, acting as the lead trainer or facilitator.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training content is regularly updated.
- Collaborate with relevant users/stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of training materials in the field.
- Develop evaluation reports to measure training effectiveness (including pre- and post-tests, participant feedback, and on-the-job application).
- Develop career development programs for retail talents such as career pathing and succession planning.
- Act as a strategic partner to retail and supply teams in fostering a culture of continuous learning at the operational level.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development; experience handling retail or frontline teams is preferred.
- Understanding of retail operations and challenges is a plus.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Skilled in creating engaging and practical training content.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
- Able to manage multiple training projects simultaneously (multitasking).
- Strong in data analysis and report writing (data-driven approach).
- Effective communicator, collaborative, and experienced in working cross-functionally with operational teams.

- Willing to travel to stores or project sites when needed.
