Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of L&D initiatives including Learning Needs Analysis, competency frameworks, and program rollouts across the organization.
- Content Development & Instructional Design: Design and develop engaging training content, particularly in soft skills and leadership development, using instructional design principles and adult learning theories across in-person, blended, and eLearning formats.
- Learning Platform Management: Oversee and manage digital learning platforms (LMS, Disprz, Predictive Index, Darwin) and content authoring tools to ensure alignment with organizational learning strategies.
- Program Implementation & Operations: Support the end-to-end delivery of L&D programs, including logistical coordination, learning data analytics, and operational readiness for both online and in-person initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and co-create relevant, high-impact training solutions.
- Learning Engagement & Promotion: Drive participation through targeted outreach, digital campaigns, and marketing efforts to maximize engagement in L&D programs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple L&D initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clear timelines, effective stakeholder coordination, and successful program delivery.
Job Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on digital learning and instructional design.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Disprz, Predictive Index, and Darwin is a plus.
- Instructional Design: Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience with learning data analytics and performance tracking to measure the impact of L&D initiatives.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Digital Engagement: Proven experience in promoting, marketing, or driving participation in learning programs using digital tools and campaigns.
