Job Description

Responsibilities

Support Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Design, review, and improve factory layout using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Support the development and improvement of jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production.
Collaborate with other departments to implement Lean projects and Kaizen activities.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Participate in problem-solving activities related to process improvement and cost reduction.
Assist in standardization and implementation of best practices across production lines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
Excellent English language skills are preferred (both written and spoken).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
Familiar with AutoCAD (2D/3D) or similar applications and familiar with tool, jig, and fixture design.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and productivity measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage data and translate it into practical solutions.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work across departments.
