Lean Logistics Engineer

Job Responsibilities

- System & Cost Management: Establish a comprehensive warehousing and logistics system (including park and internal logistics), optimize operational processes and standards, enhance operational efficiency, and effectively control warehousing and logistics costs.

- Supply Chain & Performance Management: Coordinate collaboration across supply chain segments to ensure timely and accurate material distribution; develop daily management metrics and implement process monitoring and regional audits.

- Data & Project Management: Oversee data governance in warehousing systems to ensure accuracy; lead the planning and execution of logistics projects to ensure on-time, quality delivery.

- Layout Optimization & Production Collaboration: Analyze existing logistics layouts, identify their impact on production efficiency, and optimize layouts to create opportunities for production process improvements.

Job Requirements

- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics/supply chain-related fields; 5+ years of warehousing and logistics management experience, with preference for candidates from large manufacturing enterprises.

- Professional Skills: Expertise in warehousing operations and WMS/ERP systems, with strong capabilities in data analysis, process optimization, and layout planning.

- Competencies: Systematic thinking and cost awareness, excellent cross-departmental communication, coordination, and project management skills.

- 体系与成本管理:构建完善仓储物流体系(含园区及内部物流),优化作业流程与规范,提升运作效率,有效控制仓储物流成本。

- 供应链与绩效管理:统筹供应链各环节协同,确保物资及时准确配送;制定日常管理指标,实施过程监控与区域全面稽查。

- 数据与项目管理:负责仓储系统数据治理,确保数据准确性;主导物流项目的策划与实施,确保按时保质交付。

- 布局优化与生产协同:分析现有物流布局,识别其对生产效率的影响,通过物流布局优化为生产流程改善创造空间与机会。

岗位要求

- 学历经验:本科及以上学历,物流/供应链相关专业;5年以上仓储物流管理经验,有大型制造企业背景优先。

- 专业技能:精通仓储运作与WMS/ERP系统,具备优秀的数据分析、流程优化及布局规划能力。

- 能力素质:具备系统思维与成本意识,拥有出色的跨部门沟通协调及项目管理能力。
