Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Analyze current processes and propose improvements
- Reduce waste and improve productivity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement activities
- Monitor improvement results and perform data analysis
- Prepare improvement reports and standard operating procedures
- Provide employees with lean production training and write related reports
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Familiar with Lean tools and methodologies (6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)
- Ability to analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality improvement tools (Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why, PDCA)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel or other analytical tools)
