In response to client demands and we are now looking to add to our Lean management team. The candidate for this position will be responsible for working as part of our team in supporting client implement Lean Thinking and Practices in various industry sectors.
About the Role
You should have experience in implementing Lean Thinking and Practices and engaging all employees to support the organization transformation. This will include deep knowledge and practical experience in applying Lean within an organization.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of our Lean Team, will provide training and coaching to client employees
- Should be able to analyse current situation and provide input to Lean Transformation program for clients
- Deliver technical presentations and documentation to effectively communicate the proposed changes to clients.
- Provide training and educational materials to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of not only the what but also the why related to proposed changes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their current pain points and translate them into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in Lean role, either as internal role or as external consultant.
- Strong knowledge of latest Lean Thinking and Practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to design effective lean solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations and project implementation support.

Practical experience in Lean implementation
